For those of you who dont know, Tom Felton is the guy who plays
Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies, he also played in some other stuff like "The Borrowers" He likes to fish (for carp)

Grammy winning artist Lynn Anderson was arrested for stealing a Harry Potter DVD (POA) and then punching a police officer
outside the store. Clearly, fame isn't everything.(haha, thats what snape said!)

Fans pay homage at Harry Potter's grave
Alot
of people have sent me emails containing this story about fans paying homage at the grave of a British soldier named
Harry Potter(died in 1939). The local council has added the grave to its official tourist guide and is planning to begin a
historical investigation in to the soldier's death. (this picture is of Harry's grave)
Fake GOF poster
A GOF fake
poster is being posted around the foreign language Harry Potter sites, leading some English-speaking fans to
believe it is real. It is in fact a fake, but very well desighned.look at it here.
Mrs. Weasley cut from GOF
In an interview with The Express, Julie Walters explains her feelings on the decision:
"To be
honest, I was a bit hurt not to be in it, " the affable 54-year-old tells us. "The kids love the Harry Potter films so much
and I get lots of mail about it."I can understand why they've had to pare down the film as the book is so long but I am really
hoping I'll be in again for the next one."
Do remember that in order to keep the length of Goblet of Fire at
2 1/2 hours, there will have to be quite a few cuts from the 734-page book.
Jamie Waylett updates blog
In his latest entry, he said that he only has 7 days
of filming left from now to an March. He also said that nobody has been signed yet for Order of the Phoenix,
which they will film in 2006.
New info on HBP Deluxe Edition
A representative at Scholastic has said us that
the Half-Blood Prince Deluxe Edition will contain "a 32 page insert with the black and white art from the interior
blown up to full page size." I think that it would be safe to guess that the book will likely consist of 31 or 32 chapters.
JK Rowling gives birth to baby girl
CBBC Newsround is reporting that Jo Rowling gave birth to a
healthy baby girl January 23rd and The article also says more information will appear on Jo's official site.

Update: HBP confirmed at 672 pages
After checking with our sources,
we can now confirm that the 672 page count was given to both Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble by the US publisher Scholastic.
We've
also been in contact with Bloomsbury, but they're unable to provide us with a number of pages for the UK edition at this time.
It is typically less because they use a different font.
HBP Deluxe Edition: 704 pages
The Deluxe Edition of Half-Blood Prince is listed
as 704 pages on the Barnes & Noble website. We're not sure exactly what
this edition includes yet. Usually, it is just formatted slightly differently and contains a different jacket.
They've
also updated their hardcover edition page to make note of a 672 page count; the same as the library-binding edition posted
earlier today. But nothing is official yet.
DELAY ON AUDIO BOOKS
i posted a notice the other day about another website im working
on that lets you listen to audio books for free. Unfortunatly, because it takes so long to download the audio book, and because
i only have about 3 of the books completely downloaded on my computer, im going to have to wait 'till i get some free time
to finish my audio books site. sorry for the inconvenience, i'll keep you posed every time i work on it.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation flew one girl out to the set of Goblet of Fire where she got

Length of HBP (possibly) revealedAmazon.com's US library binding version of Half-Blood Prince is listed as having 672 pages. The book
is still being edited, so we don't know if this is official yet. But we learned the number of pages in book 5 a month after
learning the release date. Barners & Noble.com is also listing the page count as such.

Harry Potter-themed restaurant in the works
The Business Journal is reporting that the founder of the Rainforest Cafe is currently working on plans
for a Harry Potter-themed restaurant:
The team has figured out 22 ways to make snow, 10 ways to do fire. They've gone
to Asia, China and Brazil in search of dinosaur eggs, gemstones and 22-foot doorways. Schussler has spent hours on the phone
with J.K. Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter series, since one concept centers on the young wizard.
This plan,
along with six others, are all still in the design phase and likely won't be open for another 2-3 years... if it makes
it past the design phase.

Hermione Granger allegedly to kiss Victor Krum
in GOF
Dutch magazine "Joepie" has published an interview with Emma Watson (Hermione). There isn't a whole
lot of new information, except Emma says she has to kiss Krum in the Goblet of Fire movie (which is not in the book),
